About
My name is Josée Descarie, CHRP, I am a bilingual (English/French) professional with a strong work ethic, a warm and human approach, as well as a good analytical capacity and a customer-focused approach.
I studied human resources because I like to help companies (employers and employees alike) to progress in their work environment, i.e. having the right people, in the right place, at the right time, to achieve the company goals.
Throughout my career, I have worked my way up the corporate ladder, starting as an administrative assistant and up to a senior management position. Over the years, I have acquired practical knowledge in all areas of human resources as well as a thorough understanding of federal and provincial (Ontario and Quebec) laws and regulations.
